What the Warranty Covers

Our standard 1-year written warranty covers defects in workmanship — cracks, separations, texture failures, or other issues directly attributable to our repair. It begins on the date of service and is provided in writing before we leave your home.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent events — new water leaks, settling cracks in new construction, impact damage, or modifications made by others after our repair.

3-Year Extended Warranty: Available at 12.65% of the job total. Covers the same scope as the standard warranty for three years from the date of service. Ask for this option when requesting your estimate.
