How We Work
We've refined every detail of the repair experience so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you contact us to the moment we leave.
Every job begins with an accurate assessment — no guessing, no surprises on invoice day. You choose how we get there:
Remote Estimate (Free): Submit a minimum of three clear photos through our Get Started form. We review them and return a written estimate within 24 hours.
On-Site Diagnostic ($39): Pre-pay $39 to schedule an in-person visit. We measure, assess, and provide a detailed written estimate on the spot. The $39 is credited toward your job if approved and executed.
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule your repair. Same-day service is often available depending on our schedule and your location. We confirm your service window by email and show up on time.
Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Before we touch a single wall, we set up. Drop cloths cover your floors and furniture. Dust containment barriers isolate the work area from the rest of your home. We deploy the dust control tools appropriate for your job — and we don't start until everything is protected.
Our dust control toolkit includes one or more of the following on every job:
This is where experience and precision matter most. We repair the drywall and then match your existing texture — orange peel, knockdown, skip trowel, smooth, or custom finishes. We don't consider the job done until the repair is invisible under raking light inspection.
Our core service is drywall repair. We do not prime or paint as part of the base service — those are separate optional add-ons.
We pack up every tool, remove every drop cloth, and leave your space cleaner than we found it. Before we leave, we walk through the completed repair with you. Your one-year written warranty begins the moment the job is complete.
Our core service delivers a repaired, texture-matched wall ready for paint. If you'd like us to handle the paint as well, we offer a paint add-on service.
We can paint the repaired area (spot), the full wall, or the full ceiling — depending on what your situation calls for. Labor is included in the add-on price. Materials (paint, primer, rollers, tape, etc.) are billed at our actual cost — no markup.
Ask about the paint add-on when you request your estimate and we will include it as a separate line item on your quote.
Dust Control
Drywall work creates dust. Most contractors accept this as unavoidable. We don't. Every job — regardless of size — gets proper dust control from start to finish.
